We meet bi-weekly via zoom. Our calls are locked into our calendars on the same day and time as part of the coaching structure. In between coaching calls, clients are encouraged to connect on any important issue or opportunity to IDS (Identify, Discuss, Solve). 

The cost for coaching is $3,250/mo. There is no contract. You either love it or you can leave it. The goal for each coaching client is a minimum of a 20X return on their total investment.

Results are typically seen immediately following our first call. From the very first coaching call, you are given a series of meaningful action items that will immediately get the ball rolling in the right direction. Of course, it is important that we don’t shock the system to the point where the team becomes resistant. The process is custom to your company and is strategic to your goals and circumstances. As we say in SpecOps… “Never move faster than you can shoot. Slow is smooth and smooth is fast”.

Your coaching program locks you in for 2 coaching calls per month. We work in two week sprints. Meaning that after each coaching call, you will have a series of action items to work on for the next two weeks until our next call. If you were to have any questions, issues or opportunities that you wanted to discuss in-between your calls, ad-hoc meetings are always available.

It’s never happened yet. But if for some reason we just weren’t a good fit for each other or you weren’t getting results, you can cancel at any time. My philosophy is you either love it or you can leave it. So you will never have to sign a contract or stay on board if the ROI isn’t there.
